Pocket Pantry was born from a simple observation shared by three friends: modern life is fast, but good food shouldn’t have to be.
As professionals who travelled frequently and worked long hours, we found ourselves constantly compromising on our meals. We craved the authentic, comforting tastes of homemade Indian sabjis, but the “ready-to-ear options available were disappointing. They were either packed with unhealthy palm oil and preservatives, or they simply didn’t taste authentic.
We knew there had to be a better way to bridge the gap between the nostalgic tastes of home and the convenience our busy lives demanded.
We set out to create a solution that didn't cut corners. We combined our recipes with cutting-edge freeze-drying technology. This allows us to prepare wholesome meals using premium ingredients and preserve their original flavor, aroma, and nutrition without using any artificial preservatives.
We are not just the founders; we are our own biggest customers. We built Pocket Pantry to solve our own need for reliable, delicious food on the go.
